- 7-Tank Galvanizing Process: Ensures superior adhesion and uniform coating.
- Trailing Cables: Compliant with IS9968 (P-1) standards.
- Height Range: 10 to 60 metres.
- Structure: Continuously tapered, 20-sided polygonal cross-section.
- Material: High tensile steel plates with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/sq mm.
- Welds: One or two longitudinal welds, no circumferential weld joint.
- Base Plate: Welded internally and externally to the bottom section.
- Transportation: Sections up to 12.5 metres, joined on-site by slip-stress-fit with a minimum overlap of 1.5 times the diameter at penetration.
- Foundation Bolts: EN.8 grade/E250, suitable diameter and length.
- Galvanisation: Internal and external hot-dip galvanization.
- Thickness: 85 microns for plates >5 mm, 70 microns for plates ≤5 mm.
- External PU paint for highly corrosive environments
- Design Life: Standard 25 years, longer life available on demand.
- Aviation Lights: Two red Low-Intensity LED lights on Luminaire Carriage.
- Access Door: Vandal-resistant, weatherproof, located 500 mm from Mast Flange, secured with Allen bolts and a padlocking facility.
- Earthing Terminals: Hot-dip galvanised bolts, 12 mm diameter on base plate stiffener.
- Lightning Finial: 1.2 metres long, hot-dip galvanised.
- Optional single-core, copper-armoured down conductor for sensitive areas.
